Senna leaves (31%), liquorice root (21%), cinnamon, fennel, ginger (10%), senna pods (5%), coriander seed, orange peels, natural orange flavour.

Use one bag for a cup, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four to five minutes - the active botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

One cup before bedtime - if necessary repeat next day. Not to exceed 4 cups in 24 hours. Not suited for children.

This product contains senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
