Round, perfume and aromatic slow dark roast organic and fairtrade coffee from Peru. Chanchamayo, Urubamba are extremely round coffees, perfumed and slightly acid thanks to volcanic soils on which they are harvest. This coffee is treated by wet method, harvest on the Andes Cordillera on a soil rich in organic and mineral compounds. this is a slow roast coffee : green beans are roasted traditionaly and gradually for 20 min, thus preserving all the coffee flavours.

Always use fresh water, boil and leave to cool for a minute before pouring over coffee.
