Gluten Free Oats (57%), Sugar, Rice Syrup Powder, Rice Starch, Rice Flour, Flavouring, Salt.

Mix Delicious Alchemy Gluten & Dairy Free Golden Syrup Porridge Oats Pot with 170 ml of boiling water, boiling milk or an alternative of your choice.

Peel back the foil lid. Add boiling water to the fill line (170ml). Stir continuously for 30 seconds. Replace the lid and leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir again and enjoy. Add more boiling water if required to adjust the consistency of the porridge.

For a rich milky porridge, try adding boiling milk or a dairy-free alternative instead of water. If you like it thicker, leave to stand for longer.
