When we decided to use our superfoods to create tasty, healthy baking mixes, we didn’t want to cut out any potential customers, and we needed something nut free. So after doing a lot of research and spending every evening after work in the kitchen, we came up with the perfect recipe that caters for all allergens, is organic and also has a high enough percentage of superfoods to offer tested health claims.

There is no other muffin mix like this, anywhere! So if you can’t eat gluten, dairy, nuts, soya, coconut, sweeteners, refined sugars or non-organic products, then this mix is for you! We even have a vegan recipe on pack for all our vegan customers who want to enjoy dairy free muffins.

Brown Rice Flour*, Unrefined Cane Sugar*, Dried Mulberries* (18%), Pea Protein*, Chia Seeds* (4%), Baking Powder (Grape Juice Concentrate Extracts*, Cornstarch*, Sodium Bicarbonates), *Certified organic ingredients

Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
Soften the butter slightly in the microwave.
Add all of the ingredients and the contents of this packet to a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start off slowly so the flour doesn't go everywhere!)
Spoon the mix into muffin cases (use silicon moulded for best results).
Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown, then remove and enjoy warm.
For fan assisted ovens, cooking time may vary.
