Crafted to the highest traditional standards by the Kagisa company, Clearspring's shoyu is made from fully certified organic ingredients. No artificial preservatives have been added. Careful maturation in cedarwood kegs over two summers ensures a savoury aroma and subtle sweetness that is highly prized among connoisseurs of shoyu.

There is a world of difference between this award winning soya sauce and most of products in the market. It is the finest quality availabe produced by our artisan producer to a traditional recipe. It contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat which are naturally fermented slowly in the cedarwood kegs.

A few drops of this rich, savoury seasoning bring out the subtle flavours in soups, sauces, salads, grains and vegetables. Use during the last few minutes of cooking to preserve the delicate taste.
