Clearspring Quick Cook Organic is a range of convenient, appealing and nourishing grains. The combination of cereals, peas and lentils are designed to provide a delicious yet healthy addition to any meal. Steam and hot air are used to precook the grains and reduce cooking time by two thirds whilst retaining the nutritional content. Red rice is especially unusual with its red hull, nutty flavour and its germ left intact. This three rice combination is visually attractive, nutritious, filling and versatile. It can be enjoyed in stir fries, as an accompaniment to main courses or as a base for a delicious stuffing.

White basmati rice*(40%), long grain brown rice*(40%), whole grain red rice*(20%).

Bring a large pan of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if required. Add the grains (80g per serving) and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and season to taste.

For Soup:

Bring water or stock (400ml per serving) to the boil with a pinch of salt if required.
Add the grains (80g per serving) along with fresh vegetables if desired.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked.
Season to taste.

*Not recommended for microwaves.
