Clearspring Quinoa Flour is milled from the finest organic whole quinoa. This ancient grain native to the Andes is one of the oldest cultivated grains in the world. With its mild flavour and a hint of nuttiness, it is often combined with other flours such as tapioca or potato starch in gluten free recipes. This flour contains all the nutrients of the whole grain with only the inedible part of the husk removed during the milling process.
