Clearspring Organic Instant Buckwheat is made from naturally gluten free hulled buckwheat groats. When cooked these wholegrains are soft and fluffy with a slightly nutty flavour. They can be served instead of pasta, rice or potatoes with roasted vegetables, stews and casseroles. Traditionally buckwheat groats are also used in porridge and in soups. Organic buckwheat

For one serving, bring 130ml of water to the boil. Add 45g of buckwheat and simmer for 5 minutes. Flu with a fork and season to taste. For crunchier or softer texture vary the cooking time. No need to rinse. This box contains 3 servings.
