Clearspring Organic Instant White Miso Soup Paste with Sea Vegetable is made to a traditional Japanese recipe.

Red miso base with spring onions and wakame sea vegetable.

The convenient sachets of freeze dried miso soup make a tasty, nourishing soup simply by adding hot water.

They are ideal for keeping handy at home, at work and when travelling.

The exceptionally rich taste comes from combining the finest traditional ingredients without adding any MSG.

Freeze drying, unlike pasteurisation, ensures that all the enzymatic properties of the miso is preserved in each soup.

Freeze-dried brown rice miso* (83%) (whole soya beans*, brown rice*, sea salt), freeze-dried sweet white miso* (11%) (whole soya beans*, rice*, sea salt), dried wakame (3%), dried green onions*, kombu powder (0.3%). *organically grown

Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or bowl.

Add one cup of hot water, stir, and allow to sit for a minute to let the vegetables fully rehydrate.
