Clearspring Miso Soup is a full flavoured, instant miso soup made from Japanese organic miso. The addition of wakame, kombu sea vegetables(seaweed) and spring onions give the soup a further depth of flavour.

Organic freeze-dried brown rice miso (70%) (whole organic soya beans, organic brown rice, sea salt), freeze-dried organic sweet white miso (20%) (organic rice, organic whole soya beans, sea salt), sea vegetables (5%) (kombu powder, wakame), dried green organic onions. Ecocert SA, F-32600. Produce of Japan.

Just add hot, boiling water to the powder in cup and stir. The seaweed and onions will absorb the water and become softened after a minute or so. Then it is ready to eat. Try chopping some raw carrot or celery into the soup for an extra healthy crunch!

You can also drink this out of a little bowl, in the manner typically associated with miso soup.

Always insure when using boiling water to be extra cautious.
