Green tea has been prized in China for at least 4,000 years for its delicate flavour and health-promoting properties. It's made from the young leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, which are dried without wilting or oxidation, capturing their full nutrient value. Green TeaSpearmint

Always boil freshly drawn cold water, as the oxygen in the water brings out the best flavours in the tea. Once the water has boiled, let it cool down for a few minutes before brewing the Green Tea. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. No milk required. Add a slice of lemon if you wish before serving.
