This instant keto porridge provides the taste and texture of porridge but it's without the oats, which means that it’s also without the high carbohydrate content that are typical in most porridge products. A beautiful start for a keto dieter to enjoy and fuel them for the day ahead!

The product is made in a factory that handles nuts, peanuts, soya, dairy, eggs and fruit containing sulphur dioxide and/ or sulphites.

You can either cook your keto porridge on the hob, in the microwave or by just adding hot water. We recommend adding between 70ml - 100ml of your favourite milk and cooking until the mix has been fully absorbed by the milk. Alternatively, you can just add boiling water, stir the mix and leave it for one minute until it’s at a safe enough temperature to eat! It’s so simple!
