100% Raw Organic Arriba Cacao beans from Ecuador with the outer skins removed. This makes for a less acidic flavour. For a pure chocolate experience try dipping a cacao bean in a sweetener like raw honey or maple syrup then savouring the deep rich chocolate flavour. Or how about sandwiching a bean in a succulent medjool date for a decadent chocolate treat!

Eat straight from the pack, on their own or dipped into honey or stuffed into dried apricots. They can be ground into a rich dark powder using a coffee grinder to make raw desserts of all kinds.
