Eat straight from the pack or sprinkle over fruit, cereals or salads. Pollen is also great blended into juices or smoothies. Serving size: 5g – 15g daily (1-3 teaspoons).

If you have allergies it is best to start with a low dose, 3or 4 granules per day, and then gradually increase after 1 week till you reach the daily serving size. As with other food supplements, if you are on medication, being treated for a medical condition, pregnant or nursing then please consult your GP or health care practitioner.
