Hydrolysed collagen protein 89.5 g, magnesium citrate 8.7 g, vanilla flavouring, caramel flavouring, calcium L-ascorbate (vitamin C) 440 mg, sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) 247 mg, sweetener (steviol glycosides).

Take 11.2 grams daily (one measuring scoop-full) dissolved in at least 150 ml of: water (hot or cold), milk (hot or cold), tea, coffee, hot chocolate, smoothies, juices, other liquids and infusions.
