Bobs Red Mill 7-grain Hot Cereal is freshly milled from a unique blend of flavourful whole grains. This wonderful cereal contains wheat, rye, triticale, oats, oat bran, barley, rice and flaxseed.

For a nutritious, high-fibre hot breakfast cereal, bring 300ml water and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the boil. Add 80g cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serves 2. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with added fruit and/or nuts.

Microwave instructions: In a large bowl, combine 40g Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal and 150ml water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 - 5 minutes. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
