Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce with Kaffir Lime is an irresistible tangy alternative to the original Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce. Kaffir lime, or wild lime, is more aromatic and tangy than a normal lime. Essential dipping sauce for:

• Spring rolls

• Prawn crackers

• Thai fish cakes

Alternatively use it in stir fries, salad dressings and marinades or stir into mash.

Water, Red Chilli (21%), Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Fresh Garlic (6%), Pickled Garlic (6%) (Fresh Garlic, Water, Salt, Acetic Acid), Thickener: Modified Tapioca Starch; Acetic Acid, Salt, Kaffir Lime (0.2%). A low fat sauce with less than 1% fat.
