Biona Organic Bronze Extruded Whole-wheat Fusilli Pasta is made in a traditional Pastificio in the Dolomite mountains of Northern Italy.

The ingredients are kept simple; only the best quality organic Durum Wheat and Alpine water is used to create award winning pasta of exceptional flavour and vitality.

The pasta is extruded through bronze dies before being rested and gently dried.

Certified organic ingredients.

WHOLEGRAIN DURUM WHEAT Semolina*, Water, *= Certified Organic Ingredients

  1. Use a large pot. 
  2. Load up the pot with lots of water. 
  3. Salt the water. 
  4. Bring the water to a full, rolling boil. 
  5. Stir to keep the pasta from sticking. 
  6. Test the pasta two minutes before it's “ready” 
  7. Save a scoop of pasta water. 
  8. Drain, toss with sauce, and serve hot.
