Krill oil (from crustaceans), omega-3 fish oil concentrate, capsule shell (gelling agent: gelatine, sorbitol syrup, humectant: glycerol, ethyl vanillin), antioxidant: astaxanthin, natural vitamin E (D-Alpha tocopherol).

Take 4 capsule per day with a glass of water after food.
