Bioglan Calamari Gold 500mg contains golden calamari oil, high in Omega-3 DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) with EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) fatty acids. Bioglan Calamari Gold 500mg contains more DHA in each capsule than standard 500mg Fish and Krill Oil capsules combined, so you only need one capsule for 200mg DHA. Omega-3 DHA is an important part of our brain and eye health especially as we age.
