The much sought after black variety of the ancient nutritious quinoa grain. Containing all essential amino acids and naturally high in protein quinoa is a tasty base for salads and an accompaniment for any savoury dishes.

Black Quinoa Grain*

Take one part quinoa grain, rinse well and cook with two parts water. Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove from heat and leave covered until all liquid is absorbed.
