A Bulking herb with high levels of fibre, which becomes highly gelatinous when fluids are taken with it. The effect is to swell and draw fluid into the husks. Many find the herb useful when incorporated into a calorie controlled diet. It is also nutritious, containing high levels of fatty acids. Should be taken with lots of water. Goes well with chamomile flowers.

PYSLLIUM HUSK PURE POWDERED HUSK 400 MG, VEGETABLE HYDROXYPROPYL METHYLCELLULOSE (HMPC) (APPROX) 95 MG.

2 capsules twice daily taken with a full glass of water. Children between 6 and 12, half adult dose.

Do not take during pregnancy.
