Bauckhof Wunderbrød Gold Backmischung glutenfrei. Wunderbrød Gold made from oat flakes and seeds. Wunderbrød contains neither flour nor yeast. The golden color comes from the millet flakes, the gold linseed and a touch of turmeric. The preparation is very simple, mix only with water, soak briefly and then the dough can be baked straight away. To activate the seeds, the dough can soak in the refrigerator overnight if necessary. No baking machine is required. A simple pan is enough. The bread can also be made without a mold, simply form a loaf and put it in the oven on a baking sheet. The package makes approx. 950 g bread.

Preparation

Put the bag contents into a bowl and pour over 500 ml of cold water. Mix the dough thoroughly and let it soak in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.

Place the firm dough in a well-greased box shape (25 x 10 cm). Spread with a wet dough scraper.

Place the bread in the cold oven and bake without pre-heating at 200 °C top and bottom heat for about 80 minutes. Remove from the box immediately and cool before cutting.

Store in a cool and dry place. It is best to store in an air-permeable container or a paper bag.
