Transdermal Mineral Bath Soak
Vita Mag Magnesium Flakes is a transdermal Magnesium Mineral foot soak that contains flakes which dissolve in the bath. This unique magnesium soltion feeds every cell and tissue within the body, where it is needed the most.

750g.
Transdermal mineral soak.
Suitable for adults & children.
May help to alleviate stress, fatigue or muscle spasms.
Packaged in an air tight blue tub made from recyclable plastic.

Magnesium flakes containing 47% magnesium chloride.

For a Bath Soak:

Dissolve 250g (roughly equivalent to two cups) in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer to gain full body relaxation.

For a Foot Soak:

Dissolve 150g (equivalent to a tea cup) in warm water, immerse your feet and relax for 20 minutes or longer if desired.

It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week.
