Great for barbecue season! With our changeable British weather you never know when a barbecue opportunity will arise. So be prepared and arm your store cupboard with Suma's Sausage Mix, an alternative to Sosmix. Suitable for veggies and vegans, this mix is quick and easy to make; just add water, form into sausage shapes, and whack them on the barbecue. Alternatively, should the weather change, you can always shallow fry them instead!

Whole wheat flour (gluten), palm oil, textured soya protein (21%), thickener: methylcellulose; maltodextrin; seasoning (sugar, potato starch, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, herb & spice extracts), hydrolysed maize protein), salt, onion powder, raising agent: ammonium carbonate; sage, thyme, pepper & beetroot juice powder.

This product has been packed in an environment which handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten, soya, milk and sulphured fruits.

Keep in a cool dry place and once opened store in an airtight container.
