Ayumi Shikakai Powder 100g is a shampoo ingredient whose name is Shikakai. However, have you stopped thinking about why so many shampoos are promoting their use of this particular product?

Why Are So Many Shampoos Use Shikakai as an Active Ingredient?
Shikakai is one of the significant parts of many shampoos; however, do you know that using Shikakai powder directly might be even more beneficial. Here is why:

1. Fights Dandruff
The itchy white scalp, which sometimes can be overbearing, isn’t liked by anyone. Dandruff is a nuisance, but shikakai and its anti-fungal properties might work like magic in reducing it.

2. Stronger and Thicker Hair
Shikakai directly works on the roots and helps strengthen them. This eventually helps the present hair become stronger and the new growth to come out thicker too.

3. Delays Grey Hair
Premature greying is relatively more common than we’d like to think, but with Shishakai, it isn’t much of an issue. This herb helps delay greying and eventually helps you flaunt those youthful locks for a long time.

4. Removes Hair Lice
Hair lice can happen to anyone, which isn’t something to be ashamed of. However, getting rid of them fast should always be a priority. Shikakai will help in this task.

Allergy advice: please note this product is not suitable for blonde hair as it can naturally slightly darken hair. With natural products, a skin test is recommended prior to use. Apply a small amount of paste behind the ear and wait 24 hours. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes.

1. Use 20g of Shikakai Powder.

2. Add warm water to make a smooth, runny paste. (You can also add 10g of Ayumi Amla and/or Ayumi Aritha powder to tackle dandruff and revitalise damaged hair).

3. Apply the paste to hair and scalp, gently massaging with fingertips. Ensure even coverage.

4. Leave the paste on for 5 minutes.

5. Rinse and remove thoroughly using warm water.

Use twice weekly to cleanse and condition hair.
