100% organic dried dulse seaweed.

Cover in plenty of hot water. Soak for 10 mins before draining. Add to salads, sandwiches or pizzas. Or rinse and add directly into fish pies, soups, stews, omelettes or rice dishes.

Dulse is naturally rich in iodine. If you are sensitive to the effects of iodine we recommend seeking medical advice before consuming.
May contain crustaceans and molluscs. Once opened reseal in a bag or keep in an airtight container.
