4 Grain Couscous allows you to enjoy the maximum benefit of multi-grains with this fusion of 4 different Wheat and Maize grains

Wholewheat Flour, Kamut (Khorasan Wheat), Spelt, Maize Flour

For 2 portions, empty 100g Artisan Grains 4 Grain Couscous (1/2 pack) into a heatproof bowl. Add 130ml of boiling water, stir, cover and then leave to stand for 4 minutes. Add a little Butter or Olive Oil to taste (optional), stir and separate the grains with a fork before serving. Use as an alternative to rice, pasta or other grains, or to make a variety of salads. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
