Arkopharma Phyto Soya Night & Day has been clinically trialled and shown to maintain balance, wellbeing and natural sleep cycles as well as reducing the incidence of hot flushes in over 62% of women. A natural, safe and effective alternative to HRT. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Night capsules contain soya extract with lemon balm extract, magnesium and vitamin B6. Lemon balm contributes to relaxation and helps to maintain a healthy sleep. Day capsules contain stinging nettle and corn style powder to promote elimination of water, and grape extract.

Day Capsules- Standardised soya extract rich in isoflavones, Grape skin extract and seed extract, Corn style powder, Stinging nettle leaf powder, Potassium phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Stabiliser: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids. Gelatin capsules shell, Colours: Titanium dioxide, Iron oxide.

Night Capsules – Standardised soya extract rich in isoflavones, Hydroxy propyl cellulose, Magnesium oxide, Lemon balm extract, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate, Vitamin B6, Gelatin Capsule shell, Colours: Ammonia caramel, Titanium dioxide.

Take two 35mg capsules per day, 1 Day capsule in the morning and 1 Night capsule at night, with a large glass of water during meals (equating to 70mg of isoflavones per day). Continue as required.

Contains Soya protein, to which some people may be allergic. Not suitable during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, except on doctors advice. if you are taking any medication, consult your doctor before taking this product.
