This multi award-winning rogan josh style sauce is mild to medium made with a combination of spices, tomatoes and a little mango to give an all rounded full flavour with a hint of sweetness. Delicious in vegetable curries and especially with paneer (Indian cheese) dishes. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make curries milder or creamier with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively add extra vegetables such as a potato, peppers or chopped tomato. Ideal for all types of curries.
