This hot curry sauce is gaining popularity for its hot taste but great flavour. It is heavily spiced to give a Vindaloo type curry with the added flavour of ground almonds giving a distinctly hot taste with a kick but with a slightly nutty and sweet flavour from the almonds. It is a concentrated sauce to be used with part water to create curries in minutes. The sauces can be easily adapted to make milder or creamier curries with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively add extra vegetables such as a potato, peppers or chopped tomato. Ideal for all types of curries
