This Hearty Rustic Italian Vegetable soup, made with protein-rich chickpeas, is so packed with vegetables, brown rice and mushrooms that it should satisfy the heartiest of eaters. (Vegan): Vegetables (Onions, Courgettes, Red and Green Sweet Peppers, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Kale, Mushrooms, Garlic) (57%), Filtered Water, Chickpeas (9%), Brown Rice, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices.

Ready to serve. Do not add water. Conventional directions: empty contents into saucepan and warm to desired temperature using medium heat. Stir occasionally. Do not boil. Microwave directions (800w): empty contents into microwavable container. Cover and microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Stir and heat another 1-2 minutes to desired temperature.
