Just fill with a low FODMAP vegetable or meat filling of your choice, add a sprinkle of taco spice and enjoy.

  Cooking instructions


Bake tacos at 150 degrees Celcius for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and fill with minced meat, chicken of low FODMAP veggies of your choice.

Sprinkle with taco seasoning and add lettuce, tomato, grated cheese and perhaps a dollop of salsa.
