Whey protein concentrate (from milk) (91.2%); cocoa (4.5%) for chocolate-waffle, marzipan-chocolate, pistachio-chocolate, triple chocolate, chocolates; aromas; maltodextrin flavored with cappuccino, caramel toffee, coconut, peanut and banana, apple pie, cheese caramel, cream; MCT oil (1.5%); thickener – sodium carboxymethylcellulose; salt (0.8%) for a salty caramel flavor; lyophilized banana (0.5%) due to the taste of peanuts and bananas; lyophilized apple (0.5%) apple pie flavor; natural cream flavor (0.5%) for cream flavor; coconut water powder (0.5%) to give a coconut flavor; acidity regulator – citric acid for the taste of apple pie; sweetener – sucralose.

Dissolve 30 g (2 scoops) of the product in 200 ml of water or milk.

Take 1-3 servings a day.

On training days: 1 serving in the morning after getting up, 2 servings in 1.5 hours. after a workout and 3 servings before bed.

On weekends:  1 serving in the morning, 2 servings between meals and 3 servings at bedtime.
