Tender pieces of chicken breast with tomato, onion, cream, yogurt and coriander in a medium spiced tikka sauce. Cooked chicken breast (37%), water, cooked wholegrain brown rice (11%), tomato, tomato puree, onion, maize starch, single cream (milk), yoghurt (milk), creamed coconut, coriander, tikka paste (rapessed oil, water, salt, concentrated tomato puree, turmeric, cumin, tamarind pulp, paprika, garlic powder, maize flour, lemon juice, coconut cream powder, spices (mustard), herbs, acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid), garlic puree, spices, ginger puree, chilli puree, concentrated lemon juice, himalayan crystal salt, colour: paprika extract.

Ready to eat in just 2 1/2 minutes. Based on a Cat E 850W Microwave: 1. Gently shake for 10 seconds. 2. Tear a 2cm opening each side to vent. 3. Heat for 2 and a half minutes. 4. Tear off top of pack & stir. 5. Heat for one more minute the serve. For Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat. Stir occasionally.
