Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid – vit. C, bulking agent – cellulose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate – vit. E, zinc gluconate, American ginseng root extract (Panax quinquefolius L.), ferrous fumarate, nicotinamide – niacin, cyanocobalamin – vit. B12, riboflavin – vit. B2, retinyl acetate – vit. A, cholecalciferol – vit. D, calcium D-pantothenate – pantothenic acid, sodium selenite, cupric gluconate, thiamin mononitrate – thiamin (vit. B1), thiamin hydrochloride – thiamin (vit. B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, manganese gluconate, boric acid, D-biotin – biotin, chromium (III) chloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folate, potassium iodide, anti-caking agents – silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatine, colour: E 172).

Take 1-2 capsules once a day, after the main meal, with a large amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
