Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) is a multipurpose fruit used widely throughout Europe. As a centuries-old tradition, it has been used by herbalists as a tonic to maintain health and well-being. Elderberry (10:1 Concentrate) (Sambucus nigra) (Fruit), Vegetable Glycerin, De-ionized Water, Citric Acid and Potassium Sorbate (as preservative).

Shake well before using. Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 3 times daily. Can be taken directly, or mixed with water or juice.
