Muscle Mousse dessert is a high protein, gluten free mousse that can be enjoyed at any time of the day and especially before bed. Made with grass-fed whey and casein proteins from Switzerland and sweetened with Stevia, Muscle Mousse is an extremely high quality food product. When to use: Muscle Mousse can be enjoyed at any time of the day as a meal and also makes an ultra high quality bed time treat. Mixing Instructions: Add 50g (2 scoops) to 150ml water in a shaker bottle (can also be mixed in a bowl with a whisk) and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
