Sea Kelp is a natural plant which contains a variety of B vitamins and minerals.

One of its most important constituents is iodine, a nutrient which helps maintain the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland.

Thyroid hormones are needed to regulate our metabolic rate so that foods are broken down efficiently.

Sea Kelp Powder (ascophyllum nodosum), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate). Flavouring: aniseed oil.

Contains no added sugar, salt, starch, sucrose, gluten, yeast, flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Registered with the Vegan Society.

As a supplement, take two tablets daily, preferably with a little liquid before food.
