Ingredients: Niacin (as niacinamide), L-Tryptophan, L-Lysine (as L-Lysine HCl), Proprietary Tryptophan Plus Blend, Perluxan® Hops standardized extract (cones), Rosemary standardized extract (leaf).

Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica, maltodextrin, modified food starch.
