This Choc Chip Cookie Mix is gluten, egg, milk and peanut free, making it ideal for those following a free-from diet. Packed full of indulgent chocolate chips and needing only two additional ingredients, this mix makes a great store-cupboard addition for enjoying tasty home-baked gluten free cookies even when you’re pushed for time!

This mix makes 12 cookies.

Flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), sugar, chocolate chips 18% (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, natural cocoa powder), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate), salt, thickener (xanthan gum). Chocolate chips contain 70% cocoa solids minimum.
