Gymnema Sylvestre – This herbs helps to keep the blood sugar levels stable and helps to pull water into the muscles along with carbohydrates. This helps to make the muscles look fuller and harder (assuming you have muscles in the first place)

Banaba Powder – This is another natural herbal ingredient which has insulin mimicking properties.
