Flavoursome alternative to potato crisps. Plantain is West Africa’s answer to the potato, but we think much tastier. For plantain crisps to be crunchy, sweet and savoury, Chika's carefully select fruit that has reached perfect ripeness. Crisps are shallow fried to a deep golden colour and sprinkled with a little salt.
