Go Kombucha Fermented Raw Darjeeling Black Tea - 250ml

Organic Darjeeling tea (Ambootia, Lingia, Risheehat & Muscatel), Sussex spring water, less than 3.9% sugar, cultures (15.6 cals per 100ml, 39 cals/250ml bottle)

Refrigerate Darjeeling Black upright where possible, otherwise store bottles in their closed card cases upright in the coolest place available (not a heated room) for up to 3-4 weeks (the cardboard insulates against heat). After 3-4 weeks check cap seals every few days to ensure they are not pulling away from their seals due to CO2 pressure build-up caused by ambient temperatures (always point bottle away from you when checking). If they are breaking their seals then place remaining bottles in fridge to avoid popping , or ‘burp’ each bottle to release excess CO2 (see below), then screw tight, continue to store in the coolest place available and check caps regularly.
