Adults: Suggested serving size is 5 grams (approximately 1 heaped scoop supplied), or the dosage advised by your nutritionist. Mix with 150-250 ml of water or juice in a shaker and drink before, during and / or after exercise.*

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, in original packaging, out of sight and reach of young children. Once opened, use within 3 months.
